You have made ordering the goods easy, especially as I was not 100% sure on what i needed.
“My CD stacker was faulting due to age. I contacted Ian at Auckland mobile car stereo, and he was very professional, knowing exactly what make I was talking about and gave me a very accurate quote to repair – as well as advising what the repairs would entail. Ian even came to my place of work to collect the CD stacker – saving me the hassle of trying to fight the Auckland traffic to get it to his workshop. Service like this is very scarce these days. I had the stacker back three days later – again delivered to my work address. Fantastic service in an age where “service” for many companies is a slogan, but not a reality.

Having Ian from Auckland mobile car stereo come to my work was a godsend and so easy.
He arrived on time and had my new stereo installed in under an hour.
He took the time to set up all the features (and my favorite radio stations), as well as the hands free for phone calling, so all I had to do when work finished was get in and start the car to enjoy all the benefits of the new technology.

“I purchased a replacement stereo head unit for my 2008 VW Golf GTi and was delighted with the additional features and superior tone it had over the factory unit, even using the factory speakers. In an age where everyone is trying to make as much money as possible, it is rare to find operators that have solid integrity when it comes to warranty work (as nobody pays for their labour when something goes wrong). My unit failed for no known reason. Ian was immediately onto a replacement, which was fitted very quickly, without question, and at no cost to me. With this and subsequent glitches that were traced back to a faulty factory speaker, Radio Waves have proven beyond any doubt that they stand behind both their product and their workmanship. I highly recommend them.

I’m not one to leave comments. However it took Ian minutes to fit the radio, and fit the trim, at a very reasonable price. I do recommend radio-waves, more so recommend it to a friend.
